great
Explanation:
Assuming you are referring to the word included in the opening of the Kaddish - יתגדל ויתגדש שמיה רבא - which is recited several times in daily prayer, it is the Aramaic equivalent of the Hebrew גדול or Great. The whole phrase reads "May His great name be exalted and sanctified". It appears also in the response יהא שמיה רבא מברך לעלם ולעלמי עלמיא - "May His great name be blessed for ever, and to all eternity!"

Deep

Explanation:
If you meant this AHAVA RABA prayer, which is recited before the Shma:

אַהֲבָה רַבָּה אֲהַבְתָּנוּ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ חֶמְלָה גְדוֹלָה וִיתֵרָה חָמַלְתָּ עָלֵנוּ

Raba could be translated as plentiful, abundant, great, even large.
However -- this particular passage usually gets translated as Deep is Your love for us, abiding Your compassion.

Example sentence(s):
  • Deep is Your love for us, abiding Your compassion. We have put our trust in You, and You have taught us the laws of life. Be gracious to us so that we may understand and follow the teachings of Your word.
