חוג is problematic in English, but easy in Russian - кружок.

In Russian we just say кружки или секции. It's absolutely clear. You also can add
научно-технические кружки,
художественные кружки,
спортивные секции

But the best way, imho, just together "кружки и секции"

Ron, pay attention at NataSogo's comment: if you really need to translate the word העשרה, the best word is развивающие. But again, I repeat, it's not necessary.
