my understanding of the rules is different: the question term itself is indeed limited to around 10 words, but the context (surrounding text, and other information) is not limited. The asker has posted a one-word question term, so there should be no problem whatsoever.
Oh, I was not aware of this rule or may be this is a recently added correction. I was out of touch for some years, so am now aware of these changes. Will take care of the same in future. Thanks for letting me know about the same.
