You need to have the whole context to be able to give the meaning. As per your reference, the previous line of the song provides the reference:
line one: "The soft light of the dawn peers into my soul"...
line two: "...And lovingly/affectionately/sweetly asks me 'who is it that 'has come' to live in your heart" - that is where your 'aa ke' comes in!

pyar se – literally - with love: lovingly, affectionately, but this being literary text, I would translate it as ‘sweetly’ or ‘gently’

Sorry - I added the 'mujko' on my own! It's not there in the line you have quoted. So please discount the 'me' in my translation of the whole line. It is just ' sweetly asks who is it that has come to live in your heart'.
