I am afraid you might not be getting an exact English equivalent for the same. In fact, ChoorN is a Sanskrit work which is also used in the form of Choora or Choor in Hindi. For example, Mango Powder is known as Amchoor.

Therefore, you may like to use Sweet & Sour Powder for KhattA-MeethA ChoorN.

चूर्ण is known as any ground or minutely fragmented substance; powder; flour but I feel that these options are not much relevant in your case.

You may consider using DIGESTIVE POWDER here because चूर्ण ( जिसे आम बोलचाल की भाषा में चूरन भी कहा जाता है )is generally composed of ground spices, dried mangoes, limes etc. and it is used for improving digestion.
