A befejezetlen beruházást/eszközt/vállalkozást a számvitelben úgy mondják "asset/project in course of construction". A saját vállalkozásban végzett "self-performed" - szemben az alvállalkozónak kiadottal, ami subcontracted. Amennyiben pénzügyi a szöveg (pl. eredménykimutatás), én az investment project megoldást használnám a beruházásra. Ha inkább építőipari a téma, akkor alkalmasabb lehet a construction project fordítás. Építőiparban és ingatlanos területen egyébként a befejezetlen angolul unfinished, de a kérdés besorolása "Bus/Financial - Accounting". Egyik esetben sem keverném bele a "capitalt".
