Szerintem ez megfelelően fedi a magyar kifejezés tartalmát is.

A kérdés annyiban jogos, hogy ez közgazdaságilag mind "fixed cost" kategóriába tartozik, mivel az alakulása nem függ a forgalomtól, hanem állandó költség, a fordítása azonban így pontos.

nem fixed cost (management cost, cost of business..)


Explanation:
Szerintem az üzletviteli költség nem fixed cost. A fixed cost magyarul fix költség, esetleg állandó költség. Az üzletviteli költségre nem igazán van angol megfelelő, a szótárakban nem is szerepel ez a kifejezés, legfeljebb más szócikk alatti magyarázatban, pl.: costs of conducting business, management costs, business-related expenses, stb. Olyan terminus van, hogy üzemviteli költség - esetleg erre lenne szükséged?

Azt hiszem itt tisztázni kéne az "üzletvitel" fogalmát. Az én gyakorlatomban ez egy vállalat üzleti tevékenységeinek összességét jelenti. Szinonímái az üzemvitel és üzemeltetés. Angolul conducting business, running a business, pursuit of a business. Az üzemviteli költség / üzemeltetési költség angolul operating cost. Ha az üzlevitelit úgy értelmezzük, hogy az azonos az üzemvitellel/üzemeltetéssel, akkor az operating cost jó megoldás lehet. Ahogy azt írtam kezdeti válaszomban, az üzletviteli költség nem szerepel (még) a szótárakban, így csak értelemszerűen fordítható.
Creativity nem ért velem egyet, mert félreértelmezi magát a kifejezést. Ebből fakad az is, hogy rossz fordítást javasol: "business management". Ez helytelen, mert ennek magyar jelentése üzletvezetés/vállalatvezetés. Az általa küldött linkeken a vállalatok vezetését taglaló cikkek találhatók, gyakran használva a corporate management szinonímát is. A Hamblock-Wessels-Futász Angol-Magyar Üzleti Nagyszótárban (1995. második kiadás) ez áll: business management - üzemvezetés, vállalatvezetés. (57. oldal).

Nocsak, hát nem eltűnt idő közben a "business management cost" javaslat amire tegnap reflektáltam? Akarom mondani, átalakult "business administration cost"-tá. Hogy mik vannak..

disagree  Katalin Szilárd: Abban egyetértek, hogy ez nem fixed cost. De a management cost és a cost of business nem egyenlő az üzletviteli költséggel. Ildikó, kérlek nézz utána a vállalatvezetés angol megfelelője a corporate management. Lásd szótárak és egyéb hivatkozások.
