Bár az "elszámolási" többnyire "accounting" vagy "settlement" - pl. elszámolási egység: accounting unit, elszámolási időszak: accounting period, elszámolási kockázat: settlement risk -, itt (árkalkuláció) szerintem értelemszerűen az árképzési különbözetről van szó, ahol a beszerzési költség, a szállítási ár, a tárolási díj, stb. mind az ajánlott árat befolyásoló tényezők. Ezt legjobban szerintem a "price differential" fejezi ki angolul. Ezek költségeit indokolni kell -

Jobb lett volna a teljes kifejezésre rákérdezni, ami elszámolási különbözet indokolt költsége, és ez justified differential cost lett volna. Itt egy példa arra, hogy mire értik ezt.

Egy köbkilométer földgáz 350 USD
Ha száz km3-es tételekben veszed, akkor csak 320 USD km3-e.
Ha ezer köbkilométeres tételekben veszed, akkor csak 290 USD köbkilométere.

Ha egy olyan rubrikával találkoznék,
amelybe ezt be kell írni minél gyorsabban, akkor
mivel folyószámla vezetési elszámolás
merülne fel elsősorban, nem pedig készpénz
nélküli fizetési elszámolás, az accountingot használnám,
egyébként pedig a clearinget.
Ez a "Nemlegmagasabb" bizonyosság indoka.
