Explanation:
Általában csak a "Specification" szóra van szükség, mert része a dokumentációnak, ami a különböző célokra a rajzokkal, kiírással, stb. együtt adja ki a célnak megfelelő csomagot. (Pl. "Tender Documents"). Tehát magától értetődik, hogy az adott tervekre, épületre vonatkozik. (Volt) szakmám, az ősidőkben sok ilyet kellett csinálnom, amikor még kinyomtatott részeket kellett az adott munkára kézzel átalakítani, kihúzni nem oda illő szakaszokat és hozzáírni, ha szükséges volt.
A specification lehet kis munkára, vagy nagyra. Komoly építkezés esetén igen komplikált, és az elkészítésére szabályok vannak. Ma már számítógépes programokon készítik őket, UK-ban a legáltalánosabban használt ilyen program az NBS Specification Manager.
Magára az NBS Spec. Managerre a Google-on 270 weblap van, "building specificationra 14700, "architectural specificationra" 44600.
