a zoned itt nem főnév, és "area" a kifejezés vége -> ez dettó ugyanaz, mint a "residential area": szinonímák. Csak a "residential area" sokkal gyakrabban használt, rövidebb változat, mint a "residentially zoned area" . |

Olvastam a fórumos beszélgetést, ami csak megerősít abban a meggyőződésemben, hogy az övezet itt zone angolul, hiszen városfejlesztésről van szó - a lakóövezeten (residential zone) keresztül vezető utat ki fogják szélesíteni, és le akarnak faragni az illető telkéből. Szerintem leggyakrabban zone az övezet fordítása, az area pedig terület. A szótárak szerint is. Az Erzsi által említett lakóövezeti szolgalmi út például Residential Zone Access Road angolul.
