Hungarian term or phrase:Építőipari Műszaki Engedély (ÉME)
Ha már a szervezet adott angol nevet, illik azt használni.
A National Technical Approval nem tökéletes, de lehetne rosszabb is. A "Building Approval" vagy "Building Technical approval" semmi esetre sem jobb.
Building Material (Approval) Certificate jobb lenne, de már késő... ;-)
Nekem az a bajom, hogy ebben a kifejezésben inkább az épület engedélyéről leenne szó, míg az építőipari jelleg nem jön belőle ki. Az ÉMI fordítása szerintem nem oldja meg ezt. A véleményemben felhozott hivatkozás - ami pedig kétség kívül ezekre az endeélyekre vonatkozik, nem használja így a building jelzőt. IMHO.

Attól függően, hová készül a fordítás, elképzelhető, hogy a National Technical Approval lesz megfelelőbb, vagy ha fontos megjelölni, hogy melyik országról van szó, mert pl. egy nemzetközi anyag a forrás, akkor úgy lesz precíz, hogy Hungarian Technical Approval, mivel - hacsak a szövegkörnyezetből ki nem derül - a "national" önmagában még nem feltétlenül teszi egyértelművé, hogy ez magyarországi engedély.

Nem egészen értem, József mit kifogásol. Most akkor a "building" szóval van a gond vagy annak hiányával? És melyik változatot ellenzi - az ÉMI-ét, ami National Technical Approval? Mert ott nincs "building".. A "Building Technical Approval" elnevezést nem magyar szervezet, hanem az ENBRI használja. Lehet, hogy maguk is fordították angolra, de ettől még szerintem helyes így is. Ha az ÉMI változata jobban tetszik, akkor a "building" nem kell hozzá, csak "National Technical Approval" (szerintem).
