Title for cash turnover
Explanation: Dictionary entries:
Készpénzforgalom: cash turnover (or cashflow)
Jogcím: title (for sg.)
Also found in this CIB (Central European International Bank/ Közép-európai Nemzetközi Bank Rt.) document:
"Fizetési mérleg jogcímkód leírása:
Nem-rezidensek számláinak forint készpénzforgalma"
"Payment title description:
HUF cash turnover of non-residents accounts"
http://www.cib.hu/system/fileserver?isFlashCompliant=true&se...
Actually, it is found in the KudoZ archives (without reference):
"A készpénzforgalomra a szótár megadja a cashflow és a turnover kifejezéseket is."

I would suggest using "turnover" instead of "cashflow", as we tend to use the same (cashflow) in Hungarian as well.

Please note that, contrary to the other suggestions here, the word jogcím / title is a comprehensive term referring to the legal basis of an action or a transaction and is *not* to be confused with either "reason" (ok, indok) or "purpose" (cél, rendeltetés). That would be plain wrong.
