én is kétfelé bontanám, a hírekben is rendszerint így tálalják, ezt érzem én is természetesnek; (1) tarol(t) az XY (csapat, zenekar, termékgyártó), majd (2) a tények.
Pl. A díjátadáson Oroszlán Szonja két kategóriában is tarolt. Egyrészről ő lett a legjobb színésznő, és a legjobbak legjobbja is.
A Wii játéka tarolt a brit művészeti akadémia díjkiosztóján - A Wii Sports hat díjat gyűjtött be.
A fentiek az általad leírt konkrét helyzetre szerintem jók lehetnek. Emellett ha a hírekben azt olvasom, hogy "tarol", azaz folyamatosan jól megy, a legnépszerűbb stb., még másból is válogatni lehet:
