Szerintem stilisztikailag ez a hű fordítás, mert ez egy (kizárólag) szerződésekben használatos szófordulat, hasonlóan a magyarhoz: "a felek eltérő megállapodása hiányában". Ezzel ellentétben az "unless" teljesen általános kontextusban használatos. Nem értem, miért maradtam egyedül ezzel a verzióval, vagy ha igen, miért nincs senkinek ellenvetése?
