7 hrs confidence: peer agreement (net): +1 | [KÓD] K.m.n. művi stomával elő személy [CODE] Artificial opening status, unspecified
Explanation: I have just checked this question again.
They are talking about diagnosis codes!!! Diagnosis codes are standardized. This means that codes in Hungarian must be the same as the codes in English. And the status texts belonging to these codes are standardized as well. The texts cannot be altered because they have official English versions.
The code for "K.m.n. művi stomával elő személy" is Z939.
The official English version for this is "Z939. Artificial opening status, unspecified."

Z939 K.m.n. művi stomával élő személy
And now let's look the same diagnosis code in English:

Thank you for the feedback, although I don't really understand it.
That's what you wrote: "Fact is this part of the ICD10 and the translation should be based on the English (or in my case: Dutch) codes."
You gave the exact context: K.m.n. művi stomával élő személy
As I said the texts of the codes cannot be modified. It cannot be written with other words, it must be written as the official text says: "Z93.9 Artificial opening status, unspecified " <- This is not a translation this is an official text for that code. Furthermore művi stoma is rather used as artificial opening...
Please, look at the code what you were referring to now:

Only Hungarian medical language says stoma, but even the English and you can see the the official Dutch text for this particular code says: opening. Please, look at this:
ICD-10 in Dutch

Asker: That's correct. I see now I might have mentioned the actual code in my example..
Asker: Thanks for your answer. I selected 'artificial stoma' as most helpful, because it's what I put in the gloss. Fact is this part of the ICD10 and the translation should be based on the English (or in my case: Dutch) codes.
Asker: Sorry, I tend to be confusing and I don't really know how to avoid it, especially in written conversation..
I used the official Dutch code in my translation, but chose a more literally translation for the gloss. I see now that 'opening' is more common, so I'll change it in the gloss.
