It is definitely cannot be translated as a diagnostician. Leletező means the doctor, who issued the medical findings. Maybe he/she also wrote the diagnosis, but maybe not. The diagnosis might have been written by a totally different physician, because in a medican finding different medical doctors' opinion and diagnosis can be written. So translating leletező as a diagnostician would be a translation mistake.
