Hi Jim, dunno, the definition is not mine, it comes from the 32/2005.(VIII.) EüM. In the main time I found something else, - yet another, not very convincing translation - but it links the above definition and the "final sample" together:...the Holder of
This quote from that link helps to define the term: "The 5,000 piece samples will be used for US FDA application, registration in Japan, European Union and other international markets. In addition, samples will be sent to major medical distributors ..."
@ juvera: nem feltétlenül "forgalomba szánt" - have a look at kyanzes' second link below: the final sample may in fact have a run of thousands, but the disctinction is that it is designed to be sent to others in the industry for evaluation.
Az a baj, hogy a véglegminta nem egészen "final sample", hanem "az üzemszerű termelésből származó, az első forgalomba hozatalra szánt tételből vett készítmény".
Tudom, hogy Jim szerint ez nem jó, és egyetértek, hogy tükörfordítás.
Azonban így szerepel az OGYI hivatalos dokumentumain, ezért ajánlatos azt használni, két okból:
1. Tudtommal minden hivatalos gyógyszeripari doksi fordítását az OGYI lektorálja, ők adják a terminológiai ukázt.
2. Ez a fordítás úgy néz ki, hogy valamilyen szoftver specifikációja, talán pályázathoz, mindenesetre, ha ezt az angol nyelvű olvasó olvassa, akkor fontos, hogy meg tudja találni az adott dokumentumot. Az pedig az OGYI weblapjáról érhető el, és ez a neve.
Egyetlen esetben tennék kivételt, ha valahol a vonatkozó EUs doksikban más fordítás szerepelne, jelentős tömegben. Annak esetleg érdemes utánanézni.
