A működtetési jog olyan, személyhez kapcsolódó vagyoni értékű jog, amely jogszabályban meghatározott feltételek fennállása esetén elidegeníthető és folytatható.

A vagyoni értékű jog az "valuable right and interest". Én megmagyaráznám lábjegyzetben, hiszen ez nem a praxis eladásáról szól, hanem önálló orvosi tevékenység nyújtására vonatkozó jog eladásáról. Ebben az eseteben ez a jog igenis eladható!!!
