Tárgyévi emelés means the pension increase for the relevant year

Emelés means increase

Tárgyév(i) can be used in various ways in English:
(for) the year
(for) the financial year
(for) the year in question
(for) the relevant year
(for) the current year
(for) the subject year
(for) the accounting year
(there might be more but these come to mind right away)
