ez valami híres párbeszéd Jézus és Nikodémusz között, egyesek szerint a víz a fizikai megszületésre utal, a Szentlélek pedig a keresztelésre, mások úgy értelmezik, hogy az "és" itt "vagyis" értelemben szerepel.
