Egy magyar Egészségügyi Főiskola, valamint az Ifjúsági és Sportminisztérium által szervezett képzésről van szó. Angol megfelelője a "peer training". Tudna segíteni valaki abban, hogy ez mi franciául? A segítséget előre is köszönöm!

A parrainage kifjezést szokták ilyen esetben használni, most nem nagyon van időm példákat keresni, de sokat találhatsz rá.

neutral  Ildikó Dawance Butz: Teljesen egyetértek, de én nem így értelmeztem a kérdést, hanem szerintem itt a segítők képzéséről van szó (például : Modules de formation des pairs éducateurs).

  -> Én pedig a "peer training"-ből indultam ki, és hogy kortárssegítő képzést többnyire egybeírva láttam.

Explanation:
Ezt még beírom egy változatként. Végül Pálma elgondolkodtatott, és most hogy jobban utánanéztem talán így is lehet. Vagy formation des pairs éducateurs.
