Government / Politics | | Icelandic term or phrase: nickname of President Grimsson | | I am translating, from French to English, a quote from Le Monde which says that President Grimsson was dubbed 'la claque' for his immoderate support of risky foreign investment. Does anybody know whether he had such a nickname in Iceland? And if so, what was it? |
