Sorry, ich habe die Frage leider nicht vorher gesehen...
Es gibt den "juiz municipal" (dem Amtsrichter vergleichbar) und den "juiz de direito" an einer Art "Destriktgericht" mit erstinstanzlicher Zuständigkeit, welches dem Landgericht in Deutschland entspricht).
