| Grading comment I will use '... that genuinely wish to ...'. The intent in the draft law seems to be to ensure that foundations such as Sampoerna may continue to sponsor scholarships etc, even though some consider this to be a cynical form of advertising and promotion of smoking that targets children and youth. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer |
