Dalam kalimat "Ketentuan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberi kesempatan kepada perusahaan rokok yang memang murni ingin membantu masyarakat miskin (tidak mampu), misalnya dengan memberikan beasiswa pendidikan", apa padanan dalam b.Inggris untuk 'memang murni ingin'?

I will use '... that genuinely wish to ...'. The intent in the draft law seems to be to ensure that foundations such as Sampoerna may continue to sponsor scholarships etc, even though some consider this to be a cynical form of advertising and promotion of smoking that targets children and youth.
