Saya baru tau istilah "setoran modal lama". Selama ini yang saya tahu, dalam konteks modal milik pemegang saham itu ada dua macam, yaitu modal setoran dan modal operasi/laba ditahan. Modal setoran ini adalah paid-in capital (contributed capital), yang punya dua komponen: Stated capital dan Additional paid-in capital.
