Sehubungan dgn saran dari Mas Erich, mungkin Kelurahan bisa dipadankan dengan Ward = (M-W) 4 a : a division of a city for representative, electoral, or administrative purposes, ini kalau Lurah yg dimaksud adalah kepala kelurahan di kota. Kalau yg dimaksud adalah Lurah kepala desa, ya betul pakai istilah Village Head atau Village Chief
