Dalam kalimat ini, bagaimana diterjemahkan 'penuh nuansa'? (I know what it means but am looking for an elegant way to express it.) "Di masa lalu, dwifungsi ABRI ... menimbulkan akses negatif tumbuhnya birokrasi pemerintahan militeristik, penuh nuansa KKN ... .

I will translate 'penuh nuansa KKN' in this context as 'reeking of collusion, corruption and nepotism' and will edit the glossary entry accordingly. I am extremely grateful to all contributors for the thoughtful responses.

Asker: In a different grammatical structure, i.e., one where an adjective is required, this would be appropriate. However, in this sentence, we need a phrasal structure, i.e., X of Y, as in 'full of water'. To use the word 'rampant', we'd have to save something like '... in which corruption, collusion and nepotism were rampant'. Thank you for offering your opinion.
Explanation: as for example in one quote from Google .... not, by the way, referring to dwi fungsi:

Being a son of a pro-Soekarno, deeply nationalist reporter working for three newspapers that got banned by the extinct Dept. of Information, I felt that my future was strangled by such a pervasive cronyism.
