Indonesian term or phrase: KKP setempat

At the bottom of a Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (Perusahaan Perorangan), the distribution of the document shows that the original goes to the concerned party and a copy goes to 'KKP setempat', in this case, Kabupaten Kolaka.

There are about a million terms with the acronym 'KKP'. What does 'KKP' refer to in this context? I doubt it is 'Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan' Kolaka, which is what Google keeps giving me. I suspect the 'P' stands for 'Perusahaan', but that's just a guess.

This is the name of the office with the same function in Ireland (abbreviated into CRO) and wiki. What I once translated was Companies House since the text came from England.

Asker: When all else fails, knowing the Indonesian bureaucracy, we assume there's a typo! I also thought it referred to 'pajak'. I'll wait to see if someone suggests something else. I tried the Kabupaten Kolaka website, but it is full of pretty pictures but no content!
