agree  David Andersen: I agree, but spell subdistrict without a hyphen. Of course we have the intractable problem of whether to use district or subdistrict for kecamatan

agree  Catherine Muir: I would use 'subdistrict'. Stephens defines 'kecamatan' as 'subdistrict under camat's jurisdiction, i.e., a subdivision of a kabupaten or kotamadya.

disagree  Catherine Muir: need to translate 'kecamatan' > 'subdistrict'

  -> the name of the program itself is KDP (kecamatan is not translated). But that depends on the context translator is working on.
