I once did a kind of IT assesment for a state-owned company (BUMN). They showed me a document titled Tata Naskah PT ... . What I saw was a collection of document templates, e.g. nota dinas, surat tanda terima, etc. and their processing rules, e.g. how to record incoming and outgoing mails and documents.
