Seperti yang Mr. Suroso kemukakan, nampaknya yang dimaksud itu setara dengan kalimat: "hereinafter referred to as THE EVENT."
Mungkin hanya masalah selera, tetapi saya lebih cenderung menggunakan istilah "Peristiwa". Kesan saya terhadap istilah "Kejadian" adalah bahwa rangkaiannya terjadi dalam waktu singkat, mungkin hanya dalam hitungan jam, dan tidak melebihi 1 hari.
