Law/Patents - Law (general) / Rapat Luar Biasa Pemegang Saham Perseroan Terbatas | | Indonesian term or phrase: Penerima Kuasa Rapat | In the minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting of the Shareholders of a PT, there is reference to a person acting in the capacity of 'Penerima Kuasa Rapat'. I suspect this is virtually identical to the 'Pemegang Kuasa Rapat' referred to in Article 29 clause (2) of Law No. 25 of 1992 on Cooperatives, which states "Pengurus merupakan pemegang kuasa Rapat Anggota."
