Note: Dalam dokumen banyak istilah "tindakan keperawatan" dan saya kebingungan untuk menterjemahkannya ke dalam bahasa inggris karena sepertinya "action" bukan kata yang tepat.

Terjemahannya ialah:
Patient assessment is a nursing intervention in undertaking a holistic physical examination to all body systems.

Nursing Intervention Clasification (NIC) adalah klasifikasi tindakan perawatan yang menurut saya sah dan legal untuk mendapatkan harga dari masing-masing item NIC itu.

agree  Erich Ekoputra: "tindakan pemeriksaan fisik menyeluruh" dalam kalimat IMHO bukan "tindakan perawatan", melainkan "pra-perawatan". Setelah prosedur ini, baru dapat ditentukan tindakan perawatan yang tepat.
