Maintaining what is right and forbidding what is wrong is the fundamental duty in Islam. The Muslims have to do it, since it’s a cloth for the others magnificence. The person who learns Al Quran and Sunnah, they would realize the duty more than others. As Allah SWT saying: “Ye are the best of People, evolved for mankind. Enjoining what is right forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah SWT” (Ali Imran: 110).
Dalam Islam dikenal istilah dakwah dan tabligh. Secara kebahasaan kata dakwah berarti panggilan, seruan atau ajakan, sedangkan kata tabligh berarti penyampaian materi. Keduanya memiliki pengertian yang hampir sama. Jika dakwah berarti mengajak seseorang atau sekelompok orang untuk memeluk agama Islam, maka tabligh berarti menyampaikan ajaran Islam kepada seseorang atau sekelompok orang dengan tujuan agar orang atau kelompok itu bersedia memeluk agama Islam demi kebaikan mereka di dunia dan keselamatan di akhirat kelak. Pelaku dakwah disebut da’i sedangkan pelaku tabligh disebut muballigh. Tabligh adalah bagian dari dakwah, tetapi dakwah tidak hanya dilakukan dengan tabligh. |
