Italian term or phrase: riscattante vs. riscattato
Het betreft een dagvaarding waarin sprake is van een 'riscattante' en een 'riscattato'...

De zaak betreft de schending van het voorverkooprecht (niet nageleefd volgens de 'riscattante').
Ik dacht dat ik '(diritto di) riscatto' als '(recht op) wederinkoop' kon vertalen, maar hoe los ik dit op met 'riscattato' vs. 'riscattante'?
Is hier een specifieke benaming voor in het NL?
