Italian to Dutch translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / Dagvaarding | | Italian term or phrase: costituirsi in giudizio (hier) | "... CITANO [...] a comparire presso il Tribunale [...] all'udienza del [...] con invito a costituirsi in giudizio nelle forme di cui all'art. 166 c.p.c. e nel termine di 20 giorni prima dell'udienza sopra indicata con l'avvertimento che la costituzione oltre il suddetto termine comporta le decadenze di cui all'art. 167 c.p.c., e che, in difetto di costituzione, si procederà in loro legittima contumacia, per sentire accogliere le seguenti conclusioni."
Nu weet ik dat "costituirsi in giudizio" betekent dat je voor de rechter moet verschijnen. Maar nu vroeg ik mij af of in deze alinea, "costituirsi" overal deze betekenis heeft... Ik begin namelijk een beetje te twijfelen door die termijn van 20 dagen (ik zit al veel te lang achter de computer, dan begin je overal aan te twijfelen :-( ). Klopt het dat ze zich uiterlijk 20 dagen voor de zitting moeten melden?

| | zich partij stellen | Explanation: Bij bepaalde procedures wordt met 'costituirsi in giudizio' ook bedoeld dat iemand zich partij kan/moet stellen. Dit zou dan wel kloppen met die termijn van 20 dagen: ze moeten zich dus binnen die termijn partij stellen. |
