Voor conclusie van antwoord, zie art. 128 Rv; het lijkt me overbodig costituzione e risposta in de vertaling apart te noemen, is in NL ongebruikelijk en de verschijning in rechte is impliciet als de gedaagde conclusie neemt. Mandato is eigenlijk last maar ik neem aan dat hier een volmacht bedoeld wordt (vaak door elkaar gebruikt), een advocaat vertegenwoordigt immers de partij en zonder volmacht kan hij niets.
