Ik ben het eens met de voorgestelde vertaling met de gebruikelijke vaste uitdrukking, maar ik wil er graag op wijzen dat het zoals altijd van de context afhangt.
Voor Waarvan akte zou ik kiezen in een notariële akte.
Ik op dit moment bezig met een vertaling NL-IT waarin de brontekst (processen-verbaal van politie) staat:
Waarvan door mij op ambtsbelofte is opgemaakt, dit proces-verbaal dat ik sloot en ondertekende te ... op ...
