Ik neem aan dat het hier gaat over de overdracht van een bedrijfstak. Mijn specifieke vraag is: gebruikt men deze term ook in Nederland? De klant heeft niet duidelijk gespecificeerd of de akte bestemd is voor een Belgische of Nederlandse notaris, dus wil ik er zeker van zijn dat dit in Nederland ook een gangbare term is.
