Sto traducendo una procura notarile per l'acquisto di immobili.
Spero che qualcuno mi possa dare qualche suggerimento sulle seguenti frasi: L'immobile di cui si tratta ha: "annesso uno scoperto di pertinenza". Suppongo ci sia una parola specifica in Olandese.
Poi, per quanto riguarda la validità della procura: "Il tutto da esaurirsi in unico contesto". Ho pensato a: "Dit alles heeft enkel betrekking op de huidige context", ma non mi convince molto. Grazie a chi mi può dare qualche suggerimento!
