Italian to Dutch translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / Atto di citazione / Dagvaarding | | Italian term or phrase: promittente venditrice | Contesto: Trattasi qui di atto di citazione in giudizio in seguito al non adempimento degli accordi presi in fase preliminare di vendita.
Frase in cui trovo il termine:
....data entro la quale la "parte promittente venditrice" si impegnava a sottoscrivere i progetti.....
Ovvio che il senso mi è chiaro, ma mi chiedevo se vi fosse un termine ufficiale per definire le parti (aquirente e venditore) che promettono la vendita/acquisto in fase preliminare.
In un "voorlopige koopakte" o "verkoopbelofte" io avrei optato per "kandidaat-verkoper/-koper".
Qualcuno mi potrebbe confermare?
