Non è un equivalente al 100% del termine italiano, ma è quello che gli si avvicina di più nel significato.

Solitamente è un sito utilissimo per la terminologia legale, eppure nella pagina in olandese hanno lasciato amministrazione straordinaria in italiano.
In inglese si può dire extraordinary administration oppure receivership, che in olandese si traduce con curatele.

Prego, grazie della fiducia! In effetti, avevo trovato quella frase su un sito: "Het berdijf is in een curator", ma forse dovrebbe essere "in een curator geplaatst", o qualcosa del genere. Buona serata e buon lavoro!

| Grading comment grazie! potrebbe essere effettivamente "onder curatele" (in een curator, mi suona molto strano), oppure forse "in bijzonder beheer".
