Dit lees ik in de uiteenzetting van de feiten en van de rechtsargumenten in een dagvaarding van een verzekeringsmaatschappij tegen een transportbedrijf:

'La responsabilità oggettiva della società vettrice convenuta è persino presunta ex lege ai sensi e per gli effetti delle Convenzioni internazionali applicabili in tema di trasporto aereo di cui è causa [riferimento alla Convenzione di Varsavia/Protocollo dell'Aia] oltreché pacifica.'

1) Wie is de oorzaak (causa) van wat?
2) Betekent 'oltreché' hier 'oltremodo', 'assolutamente'?
