Italian term or phrase: (beni immateriali) a fecondità ripetuta
quei beni immateriali (che la dottrina definisce come “intangibles”) e che sono il presupposto dei futuri ricavi dell’impresa, poiché possiedono la caratteristica di beni immateriali a fecondità ripetuta, visto che una medesima procedura realizzata può essere ceduta a molteplici utenti in licenza d’uso, creando così un flusso di futuri ricavi.

Thank you, Jean. Your solution sounded perfect, as it has exactly the same meaning as in Italian, but it doesn't appear to be a technical expression, as the italian phrase (no hits with Google).
"Renewable intangible assets" is instead used in accounting, with about the same meaning.
