Can somebody explain to me the difference between "azioni" and "quote" in this context:

"non possiede, neanche indirettamente, né ha acquistato né alienato nel corso dell’esercizio, azioni proprie o azioni o quote di società controllanti"

Explanation:
"azioni" are definitely shares, whereas "quote" can be either shares or quotas. The latter term usually applies to businesses that do not have a share cpaital.
