Invoice payment agreement/Bill
Explanation:
A cambiale is simply an invoice, a bill.

When a vendor provides services, the vendor issues an invoice to the buyer. The invoice states the payment terms, amount due date and late charges to be assessed should the remittance not be received by the specified date.
Invoices that have not been paid yet are called "outstanding invoices".
It is customary between businesses to extend credit to customers who in turn agree to pay for goods or services against the invoices.
