I would suggest that directors is incorrect in this case. Director in English can either be a job title (eg, Director of Marketing) or a person who is a member of a board. It's not another generic word for an executive. How about "senior executives"?
ho usato "executives" quando si parlava di dirigenti, in questo caso in cui specifica f.d. allora posso mettere "directors".. che ne pensate?

Explanation: They may, or may not, be on the board and therefore also directors in the English sense, so I think this is the safer option. I've also seen "executives" but I prefer to use "senior managers."
