Italian term or phrase: Intermediazione voli

A caption in the notes to the accounts. It is a cost. The Group actually runs holiday hotels and villages and it also has a charter airline. The obvious answer would be something like agency fees/commissions paid to travel agencies for getting the customers, but the item that follows is "Commissioni passive ad intermediari" sì proprio quello :-( . Anybody got any bright ideas? This is going to get carefully analysed.
