Italian to English translations [PRO]
Accounting | | Italian term or phrase: attribuzione contabile | These guys are taking inventories (I prefer the word stocktaking, as it's more English, but they already have it in as Inventory, so I'll leave it) in warehouses.
"Al termine delle operazioni di inventario, viene redatto un documento conclusivo dei risultati, con evidenza delle eventuali differenze riscontrate, delle motivazioni accertate o presunte e delle necessarie registrazioni contabili da effettuare.
Sarà cura di Amministrazione verificare la completezza, formale e sostanziale, della documentazione a supporto, al fine di garantire la corretta e tempestiva ***attribuzione contabile***.
In caso di differenze particolarmente rilevanti, è necessario ripetere i conteggi e procedere ai riscontri delle movimentazioni dei materiali interessati con la verifica dei relativi documenti a supporto (es. documento di trasporto) al fine di correggere eventuali errori".

or that inventories are accurately and promply recorded in the accounts. (recognised in the accounts). "attribuzione contabile" is a standard term I'm aware of but "recognition" is definitely what they mean.
