"Il network del revisore è una struttura, nazionale ed internazionale, cui appartiene il revisore che si avvale della medesima denominazione o attraverso la quale vengono condivise risorse professionali, e comprendente comunque le società che (i) controllano tale revisore, (ii) sono da esso controllate, (iii) sono ad esso collegate o (iv) sono sottoposte con esso a comune controllo".

I can't really make out if, with these various uses of "controllo" and "controllare", they are talking about subsidiaries or audits. Sorry, might seem a stupid question. The original translation just uses "control".
